An art piece at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Yes, you see it correctly. It's a big wad of blue cellophane hanging from the ceiling in front of a panel of florescent lights. (More nuance can be experienced by clicking on the photo for the full sized version) To give some perspective, that is a standard double door to the left, which I assume is at least 6 feet high.
