So I was driving to work one morning a couple of weeks ago and topped a rise just before I arrived. Off in the distance I could see the top of a hot air balloon, not quite fully filled. No, this isn' the lobby of some 5-star hotel. Someone actually lived in this room. This is the sitting room of the apartments of Napoleon III in the Louvre.
