Photo of the Day: This woman is scaling the face of a craig at Smith Rock State Park near Terrebonne, OR, Sunday, February 27,2005. I had hiked several hundred feet up a trail get close enough to snap this one off. She's 200-300 feet above the trail floor, while her climbing companion is even higher, standing on a ledge not big enough for two people. It was at this point when she decided she'd climbed high enough and began to descend. Once she was down, another woman began the climb and eventually made it up to the guy on the ledge.
