Taking a retreat

It's that time of year again for me. I travel several hundred miles to a center and do 3 weeks of silent meditation. And so today's post will be the last until May 1, when I shall return. Until then, may each of you be safe and protected from inner and outer harm.

I wish I could say, "Have fun meditating", but I don't know if I'd call meditation fun. :) Well, I guess it is. After all, I enjoy meditation very much and look forward to it every night.

when i finish a meditation camp, i usually find myself wishing i'd stayed in the silence of the retreat, rather than rejoining the world of commotion. have a good one, man. here's wishing you a satori!
