You might want to change that label, as coquettish is described as: A woman who makes teasing sexual or romantic overtures.
The dictionary I use has this definition of coquette:
co·quette /koʊˈkɛt/
–noun
1. a woman who flirts lightheartedly with men to win their admiration and affection; flirt.
I would say this little girl as practicing a lighthearted flirt with the camera.
