So there I was, driving to work one morning a couple of weeks ago, and I came around a curve to find a hot air balloon no more than 40 feet above the highway. I snatched up my handy dandy little point and shoot, steered the car with my knees (don't try that at home, youngsters) and snapped off a series of shots. The balloon appeared to land about 100 yards on the other side of the highway to right of the photo.
