That is SO cool!
Unfortunately this is not a Sears house. For one reason, Sears did not offer homes until 1908. Two, it doesn't even come close to anything they did offer. I think this is a George F. Barber design. I'll see if I can find it.
It is Design No. 143 from George Franklin Barber's 1892 catalog.
